Believe it or not, we don't regret Mondays around here. BrightGauge is not about buttoned-up dress codes, busy work, or overbearing personalities. But we are about hard work with hands-on access to the whole team.
You'll play your specific part on our team, but you'll also contribute to anything that can be improved. No egos here, we're all learners.
Team bonding
Besides making incredible software, we pride ourselves on being a very close-knit team. We spend lots of quality time together at weekly happy hours, team lunches, quarterly fun events (such as wine tasting, the Miami Open, day long parties, a Heat game, craft beer brewing, and a Marlins game to name a few), and exploring all that Miami has to offer.
